After 10 months of negotiations, the national government closed yesterday the agreement for the purchase of the Banco of Venezuela, belonging to the Spanish group Santander, and for it it will do the first disbursement of 630 million dollars next July 3, as part of the traded number that promotes 1 thousand 50 millions of dollars.

The vice-president Ramon Carrizález made official this Friday the agreement and method for the payment that will be done in three parts: for the second disbursement an IOU will express for $ 210 million with maturity on October 03 and the second one I will pay equally quantity with date December 30, 2009.


On having been consulted on the possibility of that the temporary employees " males administrative officers who concern the public banking " - and whose recent expression would be the intervention of the Banco Industrial--they end for concerning the Bank of Venezuela, Carrizález underlined that the acquisition of this entity " comes to strengthen to the financial public sector ". It clarified that the private sector also meets affected by faults.
